We exist to bring organizations back to the people they serve.
HUMÀ Insight was created to help leaders understand the deeper forces shaping people’s lives — and to bring meaning, context, and lived reality back into decision-making.
We believe organizations make their best decisions when they’re grounded in real human experience, not abstraction. Our work uncovers the human truths that data and AI overlook, revealing the pressures, contexts, identities, and motivations that shape real behaviour.
We work with clarity, depth, and intention — helping teams navigate complexity with confidence and reconnect with the people behind the numbers.

Founder, Managing Director & Lead Researcher
Christian is a meaning-driven researcher and strategist who helps organizations make sense of the human realities behind their most complex challenges.
He brings nearly a decade of global experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia — partnering with Fortune 500, Global 2000, and high-growth organizations to uncover the deeper forces behind human behavior and translate them into strategic clarity.
Known for his ability to create coherence in ambiguity, Christian blends cultural analysis, lived-experience research, and senior-level judgment to reveal what data and AI often overlook. His work focuses on the truths people live with — the pressures, contexts, and meanings that shape how they think, feel, and act.
Before founding HUMÀ Insight, Christian served as the youngest Vice President at Ipsos Canada, helping organizations understand and inspire their customers.
our ethos
Human first. We approach every challenge with empathy, curiosity, and respect for lived experience. Meaning over metrics. We look beyond what people do to understand why they do it — and what it means. Clarity in complexity. We turn ambiguous, multidimensional challenges into direction leaders can act on. Senior-led, always.
No hand-offs. No dilution. Just depth, rigor, and judgment at every step.
Because “humà” evokes humanity —
the thing organizations risk losing sight of as data grows and abstraction spreads.
Our work restores that connection.
